Do I need an exchange account in order to use trading signals?

If you plan to use our signals for trading, you will likely need an account with your preferred exchange. Our model, however, uses price information from Binance. That said, you can trade on any exchange of your choice, as price differences between exchanges are minimal these days.

 
 
When will the premium plan be available for purchase?

We are finalizing and testing crucial functionalities, while some features are still in development. This process may take some time, but we'll keep you informed about the progress through our newsletter and the Updates and Roadmap site.

 
 
Can I cancel my plan anytime without a binding period?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime—no questions asked. Your access to real-time notifications will not be automatically renewed after the current billing period.

​Why do I receive several signals in short succession with only a marginal profit/loss price difference?

Our model aims to foresee anticipated price moves. When conditions are right, it initiates BUY or SELL signals. However, sometimes the market momentum moves in the opposite direction. In such cases, if conditions are still met, another similar signal may be initiated. Most of the time, predictions are accurate.

How does the monthly billing work? Which payment methods are accepted?

You will be automatically billed after a two-day trial period for the first time, and then monthly on the same day using your selected payment method. We currently accept all major cards through Stripe. PayPal is also available as a payment method.

 
 
How can I delete my account?

If you decide to delete your account, consider that you can disable the receiving of notifications as an alternative on your Account main page. However, if you choose to delete your account, navigate to your Account main page, scroll down, select "Delete my account," and confirm. All your data will be deleted from our servers.

 
 
I am not receiving notifications. What should I do?

1. Check your spam folder in your email. 2. In your account, verify or update the email address for receiving notifications and switch on "On/Off Email Signal Notifications." 3. Ensure your account is still active. 4. If the issue persists, please contact us for assistance.

​​Are we tracking day or swing trades? And do we have stop loss/take profit in place?

Our model operates with large indicator data and market sentiments. The only times it considers price as a factor are for resistance and support levels, which also fall under the sentiment category in our model. Daily and weekly price changes are factors as well. Price targets and stops are determined by these factors and constantly adapt. Our model won't take endless losses but also won't wait too long to take profit. In general, there are several trades a week which include both day and swing trades.

Are we planning to add more stats about trades, like win days and win-to-lose ratio?

We are currently developing a system to disclose more statistics of our signal bot to its users. At present, we only show profitability for a selected time period of up to 3 months. In the future, a one-year log and win-to-lose ratio will be available as a backtrack for premium users.
